How do I get an appointment?
Please follow the links under the services tab. You may also call or email us with any non-medical related questions prior to booking. Contact information is below.
Do you offer refunds?
We will honor a full refund for any cancelation 24hrs prior to appointment time. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but fees already collected are not refundable. Any cancelation within 24hrs or no show for stand alone or subscription appointments will incur an additional $50 fee.
